We produce cable busducts and busbars
With different types of insulation: cast, RIP, EPDM, PET-E, as well as without insulation (rigid busbar)For high, medium and low voltage systems
The phase-isolated TPL busbar with RIP insulation is designed for making electrical connections of power equipment at power plants and substations and is installed in three-phase alternating current circuits with a frequency of 50 and 60 Hz voltage up to 126 kV with a nominal current up to 4000 A.
The busbar is rated for operation under seismic loads of intensity 9 points on the MSK-64 scale at an elevation up to 10 m, or 8 points at an elevation up to 25 m.
Designed for connecting high-voltage cables with aluminum or copper conductors and cross-linked polyethylene insulation, rated from 110 to 220 kV. The joints provide electrical insulation and a sealed connection, preventing current leakage and ensuring safe power transmission, which is achieved through the heat-shrinkable material forming the core of the cable joint.
Designed for connecting cables with aluminum or copper conductors to elements of a 110 kV power supply system.
Universal end joints can be installed in any orientation.
Designed for the safe connection or branching of electrical circuits with a voltage of 110 kV.
Widely used in the construction and maintenance of power plants, industrial enterprises, and other energy facilities where a high level of reliability and electrical safety is required.
Designed for connecting cables with aluminum or copper conductors to elements of a 110 kV power supply system.
Installed on poles or supports and can operate in areas with high environmental pollution and high seismic activity.
Used for connecting power cables with aluminum or copper conductors to switchgear cells in gas-insulated switchgear or to transformers, with operating voltages of 110-220 kV.
These couplings are designed to operate both in SF6 gas environments and with insulating liquids.
Designed for connecting cables with aluminum or copper conductors to power supply system components with voltages from 110 to 220 kV.
The joints are installed on poles or supports.
Designed for connecting cables with aluminum or copper conductors to power supply system components with voltages from 110 to 220 kV.
The TKLS bus duct is equipped with special aluminum "self-supporting" screens mounted on the side surfaces of the bus duct. These screens are designed for attaching the bus duct to metal structures, walls, floors, and ceilings, and also serve as grounding for the bus duct. Protective screens made of perforated aluminum sheets are installed in the grooves of the "self-supporting" screens at the top and bottom. It is recommended to install protective screens on bus ducts in areas accessible to touch. To protect the bus duct from precipitation, a climatic screen is installed on top instead of the protective screen.
The phase-insulated TPL busway with RIP insulation is designed for making electrical connections of power equipment at power plants and substations. It is installed in three-phase AC circuits with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz, at voltages up to 35 kV with a nominal current of up to 12,000 A.
The busway is rated to operate under seismic loads of intensity 9 on the MSK-64 scale at elevations up to 10 m, or intensity 8 at elevations up to 25 m.
Phase‑insulated busbars with cast extruded insulation (TPLE), featuring copper and aluminium conductors, rated up to 6 300 A. TPLE busbars are used to provide electrical connections for power equipment at power plants and substations in alternating current and direct current circuits with a rated voltage up to 35 kV.
Open busways with rigid busbars are designed for making electrical connections of high-voltage equipment in open and enclosed switchgear of power plants and substations in three-phase alternating current circuits with a frequency of 50 and 60 Hz, nominal voltage of 6–35 kV, and nominal current up to 6.3 kA.
The uniqueness of TKLN busways lies in the direct encapsulation of parallel copper or aluminum busbars with a rectangular cross-section in insulating material, which is a special compound produced by casting and saturated with fine-grained inert particles. The compound provides excellent dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, and specific physical characteristics. At the installation site, all busway section connections are filled with this compound, ensuring continuous insulation along the entire route. The design of the section joints also compensates for construction deviations.
TKLN busways with cast insulation are used in residential high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, shopping complexes, business centers, offices, train stations, and similar locations. These products are designed to operate at ambient temperatures from –60 °C to +55 °C, with a service life of at least 30 years.
SHMS busways are designed for making electrical connections of power equipment at electrical stations and substations, in residential buildings, retail facilities, agricultural and industrial sites, and are installed in three-phase AC circuits with a frequency of 50 and 60 Hz, nominal voltage up to 1 kV and nominal current up to 11,000 A, and in DC circuits with voltage up to 1.5 kV and nominal current up to 22,800 A.
Zero potential across the entire surface of the busbar, insulation does not support combustion.
Small bending radius, space-saving, and convenient installation without the use of special tools.
High resistance to short-circuit currents, no air gaps inside the busbar housing.
Generates minimal heat, ensuring low power losses. Service life over 40 years.
Installation without special tools, no specially qualified personnel required, minimal maintenance.
«RTK-ELEKTRO» is the first plant in Russia for the production of compact cast bus ducts and busbar systems of various designs with a wide range of applications at voltages from 0.4 to 126 kV at nominal currents from 100 to 18,000 A. The company carries out a full production cycle.
