The phase-isolated TPL busbar with RIP insulation is designed for making electrical connections of power equipment at power plants and substations and is installed in three-phase alternating current circuits with a frequency of 50 and 60 Hz voltage up to 126 kV with a nominal current up to 4000 A.
The busbar is rated for operation under seismic loads of intensity 9 points on the MSK-64 scale at an elevation up to 10 m, or 8 points at an elevation up to 25 m.
Designed for connecting high-voltage cables with aluminum or copper conductors and cross-linked polyethylene insulation, rated from 110 to 220 kV. The joints provide electrical insulation and a sealed connection, preventing current leakage and ensuring safe power transmission, which is achieved through the heat-shrinkable material forming the core of the cable joint.
Designed for connecting cables with aluminum or copper conductors to elements of a 110 kV power supply system.
Universal end joints can be installed in any orientation.
The TKLS bus duct is equipped with special aluminum "self-supporting" screens mounted on the side surfaces of the bus duct. These screens are designed for attaching the bus duct to metal structures, walls, floors, and ceilings, and also serve as grounding for the bus duct. Protective screens made of perforated aluminum sheets are installed in the grooves of the "self-supporting" screens at the top and bottom. It is recommended to install protective screens on bus ducts in areas accessible to touch. To protect the bus duct from precipitation, a climatic screen is installed on top instead of the protective screen.
The phase-insulated TPL busway with RIP insulation is designed for making electrical connections of power equipment at power plants and substations. It is installed in three-phase AC circuits with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz, at voltages up to 35 kV with a nominal current of up to 12,000 A.
The busway is rated to operate under seismic loads of intensity 9 on the MSK-64 scale at elevations up to 10 m, or intensity 8 at elevations up to 25 m.
Phase‑insulated busbars with cast extruded insulation (TPLE), featuring copper and aluminium conductors, rated up to 6 300 A. TPLE busbars are used to provide electrical connections for power equipment at power plants and substations in alternating current and direct current circuits with a rated voltage up to 35 kV.
