«RTK-ELECTRO» completes the installation of cast cable buses TPL on PS-55 «Levashovskaya»

RTK-ELECTRO has begun the final stage of installing the TPL busbar with RIP insulation at the Levashovskaya PS-55 (PAO "Rosseti Lenenergo").

As part of this project, the supply of PAO "Rosseti"-certified TPLA 10kV busbars was carried out (busbar material – aluminum). 240 meters of busbar were installed at the substation complete with a mounting system and busbar compensators.

When choosing the busbar, the customer focused on the following advantages:

• Safety for personnel;
• Compact size;
• Ease of placement, thanks to small bending radii (from 180 mm to 400 mm);
• High resistance to through short-circuit currents;
• Simple and reliable construction;
• Inexpensive installation.

The TPL busbar – the only insulated busbar of Russian production is designed to operate at a nominal voltage of 110 kV.
