Types of defects to be detected, identifying features of detected defects, their potential hazards, non-destructive testing methodology, regulatory and technical documentation for non-destructive testing, ultrasonic flaw detector device, calibration of the flaw detector using reference samples, main types of waves; methods of generating ultrasonic waves and ensuring acoustic contact; requirements for the inspected surface (roughness parameters)

Knowledge

• Calibration using ultrasonic flaw detector reference samples
• Ultrasonic inspection of welded joints of metal structures
• Assessment, determination of coordinates and extent of defects
• Documentation of inspection results on paper and in electronic format

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education
• Candidates without experience are considered

Conditions

• Official employment, stable salary + annual bonus

• Shift schedule (day: 7:40 AM – 8:10 PM; night: 8:10 PM – 7:40 AM)
