RTK-ELECTRO has completed the installation of a tire bridge TKLS for LLC «KINEF»
The company «RTK-ELECTRO» carried out the supply and installation of a busbar with molded insulation TKLS for the oil refining enterprise, industry leader LLC «KINEF» (Surgutneftegaz Group of Companies).
As part of the modernization of the distribution networks, RTK-ELECTRO specialists proposed the optimal solution of using the modern molded busbar TKLS IP68 for implementing the bus bridge.
The TKLS busbar was connected from above to two 6 kV switchgear cells, ensuring reliable connection of the distribution equipment and uninterrupted power supply to the production areas. The company carried out a full range of work including design, manufacturing, equipment delivery to the site, installation, and commissioning. The successful completion of work at the facility confirms «RTK-ELECTRO»'s high level of expertise in producing products for the oil and gas industry.
TKLS is an alternative to cable networks and air-insulated busbars because:
- it promotes more efficient energy distribution;
- it features a more compact and safe design;
- it has higher overload capacity;
- it provides a high degree of protection IP68;
- it requires minimal maintenance, does not need scheduled repairs or painting.
