TPL busbars

The company «RTK-ELECTRO» (part of the industrial Group «NEK») supplied busbars and busway systems to the Sterlitamak CHP, located in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In February 2025, the company «RTK-ELECTRO» produced 339 meters of phase-isolated TPL busbar with cast RIP insulation for GMK «Norilsk Nickel» — a leading mining and metallurgical company in Russia. The set of busbars for subsequent installation at the «Nadezhda» substation (RP-2) was shipped to the port of Arkhangelsk.

Токопроводы ТПЛ 110 кВ

Пофазноизолированный токопровод ТПЛ с RIP-изоляцией предназначен для выполнения электрических соединений энергетического оборудования на электрических станциях и подстанциях и устанавливается в цепях трехфазного переменного тока частотой 50 и 60 Гц напряжением до 126 кВ с номинальным током 4000А.
Токопровод рассчитан для работы при сейсмических нагрузках интенсивностью 9 баллов по шкале MSK-64 при высотной отметке до 10 м или 8 баллов при высотной отметке до 25 м.
